2. and Rasmussen tends to lean right...

it could just be me, but I used to watch their polls back during election times and they always seemed to lean more Republican than other polls. So, it's possible that his approval ratings are actually much lower than that.

Actually, in the 24 states listed, it looks like they understimated Kerry in 19 ond only overestimated in one (Alabama).

No wonder Dowd endorses them.

so it's significant the it's at the new low.
