Lets build a movement.. WHAT TO DO.. an idea!!
I see the Sheehan event unfolding, and Cindy seems bent on sitting a vigil, which she will take to DC when bush head back to Washington. In that time we need to bring as many people to her side as we can... then roll that momentun into DC and keep growing till the massive Sept 24 rally. A huge show of force, bodies.. Americans saying.. "no more" ... This can and will be a historic event and we can do more than just watch it... we can do more than be there... we can be the media, spread the word! Encourge people to go, sponsor them if you can!

In addition, we should work together to encourge many of our leader to go to Crawford and visit at least... I can think of some people that could go. From Kerry to Hacket.. and Dean to Jackson... all of us support this woman, in her grief she asked why, and in the America I will fight to live in, she should get the truth! We do not sacrife our children for the profits of men, but for the freedom of mankind! This humble couragous woman can be our gathering bell... will you answer it!

call, write, donate, attend, shout, think... now is the time to act!

2. I think your idea is creative and quite inspiring.
How will she go to DC? If she drove and along the way, if people who were going would just join her in the trip, it would be one hell of a long caravan by the time they got there. Maybe this isn't what you were thinking of, but it is what I pictured when I read your post. Imagine if everyone from Texas to DC that could join her, did. WOW. Imagine each time they make stops, the news, even if it was local, or even if AirAmerica could cover the journey... what message that would send. If the leaders in every area that everyone was stopping at, would meet them and make public statements and have a "public forum, questions and answers" A message of unity. A message that "we are determined to get answers from the president". A message that we have had enough.

3. great idea.. love brainstorming.. "The Sheehan Caravan".. join up!
I wasnt thinking of the journey.. like the march from Selma AL, so will be the Sheehan Canavan! Even ryhmes! ..now add political leaders and famous people and you could have a serious number of people! We need to seize this chance to build public awareness.. the polls say people are waking up, slowly realizing they levels of incompetence and corruption! .. and we need eal leadership.. we have real problems we need to address as adults!
