NEWSMAX REPORTS WMD "MESSAGE FAILURE" DAMAGING BUSH
You can count on those morans (sic) at Newsmax to figure out a way to support Bush's claim of WMDs even after he finally admitted there weren't any.

http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2005/8/6/132931.shtml

President Bush's decision to concede the argument that Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction has hurt his credibility badly, with a majority of Americans now saying he lied when he took the country to war based on a threat that didn't exist.

(cut)

On Friday, an Associated Press-Ipsos poll found that 50 percent no longer think he's an honest leader - with 48 percent disagreeing.
If, on the other hand, weapons of mass destruction had been found in Iraq, there's no question those numbers would be dramatically different.

Bush's war rationale would have been completely vindicated - and families of hero GIs wouldn't be wrestling with gut-wrenching questions about whether their sacrifices were worth it.

That's why it's so abominably tragic - and downright irresponsible - for the Bush White House to continue to ignore the evidence that Saddam Hussein did, in fact, pose a WMD threat.

Do those Freepers have both oars in the water? I really think they have some pathological problem with their brain make up which causes them to ignore the obvious - that BUSH LIED!!
:grr:

4. It's just the "last gasp of losers." They know their world is in danger

of falling apart under the weight of lies through these years. They hope that the Chimp/Rove/Cheney will save their butts...but alas...there's nothing left for them but lies and the prosecutions that will happen when the rest of America they snookered for so long finally comes out of their Rip VanWinkle sleep.

I don't pity them. I don't have sympathy for them. They get what's coming to them. :-( There's an open door to Hell with their names on it for admittance. Knock once and show your I.D. you "evil ones."

yeah... you mean if Bush wasn't a freaking liar, then fewer people would think he was a freaking liar. Wow.

And if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle. So what.

8. 1800 American soldiers, scratch that, close to 20,000 WERE
SAFER with Saddam in charge. 280 million American citizens were safer with Saddam in charge. Now Iran won't play nice, why should they, the only people who don't get f*cked with are people who have nukes... the ones without them had better watch it.

9. Lighten Up Newsmax!
It was all a joke. Don't you remember that hillarious skit of George at the National Press Club Dinner when he showed that home video?

"No weapons under here. Maybe here. No, none there. Gee, they've got to be around here somewhere." Yuk, yuk, yuk.

11. Good grief!
"If, on the other hand, weapons of mass destruction had been found in Iraq, there's no question those numbers would be dramatically different." And, if my mom had a penis, she would be my dad! :eyes:

Wow, this is the lamest attempt at spin I have seen in awhile.
