*Capture, prosecute, and imprison all the terrorists involved in the 1st WTC Bombing without a Patriot Act.

*Intercept and prevent ALL other planned Terrorist attacks including the Millenium Bombings without a Patriot Act

*and The Denmocrats WOULD HAVE PREVENTED 9-11 without a Partiot Act had the Republican Party NOT voted down the recommendations of the Gore Airline Safety Commission in 1998!
