The first President Bush, in a startling display of personal responsibility, took complete responsibility for the bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993, which came a scant 37 days after Bill Clinton took office.

"Yeah, I left him a real shitstorm of problems, so really you'd have to lay the blame squarely at my feet.
