go to purposely increase the debt middle class and poor will have to pay. Did Bush & his team calculate that the debt on governmenet will not be harsh enough fast enough?
Shouldn't the rich pay for this seeing as how the corporations they own the trucks that tear up the highways in the first place?

Anyway, yes, the rich will evade taxation entirely. Already in the 1950's the Rockefellers were able to completely avoid having to pay income taxes... it's only gotten worse since.

5. They might pay for a special "members only lane" |
|
So they can quickly drive their expensive cars past the proles.
Rich folks seem to really like "exclusive" membership organizations.
Maybe do a 2-for-1 with a country club membership

for every dollar investing in public goods and services there is a return of about 5 dollars into the economy. investment in military spending has no monetary return into the economy

6. Yes - I would much rather see government spending go to public works |
|
and investment in infrastructure. However..Are the rich going to pay up? Or is the government going to go further into debt?
