4. Thx for the heads up.
This ought to be good, 'cause the Big Dog is very good at making smart ass remarks without insulting someone. Blitzer ought to be looking quite dumb today.

8. Clinton says it is important to continue
to train the Iraqi security forces. We've got to try to make this work. It's the only strategy we have.

Clinton said "you're trying to get me to make news. I'm trying to educate people... My answer is we are where we are."

Wolfie says That's my job. To try and get you to make news.

9. Wolf was trying to get Clinton to say
that the Iraq war was a mistake. Clinton wouldn't fall for that.

10. But the Iraq War was a mistake, wasn't it?
It was wrong. Maybe I am not understanding your comment. I did not watch as the Situation Room blows my mind.

15. Yes, it was wrong and Clinton basically
said that at the beginning. He said he didn't want to go into Iraq until the UN passed another resolution. But we are there now, and this is what we have to do.

Then Wolf said So you're saying that the war was a mistake. Clinton said that's not what I'm saying. You're trying to make me make news, but I'm trying to educate people.

Then Wolf questioned him about Hillary and said that she was the frontrunner for the Democrats. Clinton say No, she is not the frontrunner. She isn't even running.

11. But the Iraq War was a mistake......

Isn't that an issue that Democrats can point to Republicans to defeat them during the election?

Oh...wait, hold the press. Hillary voted for the IWR...so I guess that her husband can't say that.

Guess those of us who knew it was a mistake are the sacrificial lambs.

18. Parsing
...if I and many others knew that bush was going to war, not to inspections, and if 22 Democratic senators knew that the resolution would hand bush a blank check, why didn't Hillary?

Great campaign stop, Clinton knows how to work the press.

14. God, a President who can think, speak, and inform.
What a breath of fresh air. That's why the world liked and respected Bill Clinton but alas, our long national nightmare of peace and prosperity is over...for good...thanks to Bush and the neocons.

"Clinton can dance on the head of a pin". Meaning that Wolf couldn't get anything out of him.

19. But Clinton is not in office.....
so "dancing on the head of a pin" was not something required. A little straight talk would not have hurt our cause.

He's not being partisan, they said. However, I say that he's parroting Bush's point on the War...it's not important why we went....

I think it is important...and so does Cindy Sheehan, who wants that answer from George Bush. Why?
