Isn't tomorrow the day the courts re-visit the Abu Ghraib picture case?

The ACLU was supposed to get the pics and video on 6/30, but the DOD begged off until 7/22. On 7/22, no pics. I thought I read on DU that the judge will consider the regime's request to bury the new pics from Abu Ghraib on 8/15.

at about 8 Leo. Has been Retrograde the last three weeks. Time for things to start moving forward this week. Let's hope the judge sees fit to move forward with justice. The American people have a right to see what they are paying for and what is being done in their name.

4. Yes! And it will be a welcomed birthday present

for me if they are released. When I first heard about this, I was totally devasted by my country's actions. Those responsible should have to pay and without those pictures they are going to skate.
Then the day after, the 16th the AIPAC spy trials begin. Looks like it will be a very good August indeed.
