Remind me again - what was the $$ per barrel of oil
at the time that George W. Bush promised to "jawbone" with the A-rabs to bring oil prices down?

If he was looking for a "jawbone of an ass", he didn't have to leave the room to find one . . .

3. $28.00/bbl
Nothing like a war with the #2 supplier of oil to depress availability and create uncertainty in the futures market.

I'm beginning to think this was the real agenda all along.... Maximizing profits for the House of Saud and the House of Exxon-Mobil.

In which case, Cheney-Bush have been extremely sucessful.

6. He replaced "jawboning" with "hand holding"
and look what it got us.

If ANY Democratic President were seen strolling hand-in-hand with an Al Qaeda-coddling-gas-pump-gouging Saudi Prince - they would be tarred and feathered by the MSM and the GOP.

But if its the Chimp - it's all good...

:puke:
