He always says "I'm Dennis Kucinich. Do I approve of this commercial?" so far followed with "You bet!" or "Absolutely!"

Just thought it was kind of different.

Considering marketing strategy, sounds like the Gov. is using his head. Make yourself unique to the viewer.

...from those paid for by issue groups, like MoveOn and the like.
