The divorce smear of Mrs. Sheehan does not seem to work

she said that she and her husband shared the same philosophy politically and about the war...but that it was her intensity about it that had caused friction in the marriage..but that she was doing what she had to do..to speak the truth about the war and the death of her son...and that her marriage was another casuality of the war....or words to that effect...she is so quietly and sincerely honest about herself and her belief...and she represents to all of the country, the honest and integrity that we all are so hungry for at this time. for that reason, there is no smear that can touch her.

4. Ed Schultz said divorce is up in the military and is higher with parents

who have lost a child. I thought he did a good job of defusing that. He said all Cindy's detractors can do is attack her personal life. She trumps them on the issues. George lied, our soldiers are now dieing for that lie. It has to stop.

I don't have a lot of that confidence the the nimrods who run our newspapers and especially the nincompoops on cable tv will handle the situation in as mature a manner as the BBC did in this case.
