5. Every day, blog search engines rank the top 10 topics.
Today, "Iraq" (about the constitution stalling) is #9.

So, naturally, CNN trots out its 2 blog reporter girls to cover the #9 topic.

Sorry for the confusion. Taking Zyrtec (and antibiotic) for a sinus infection, and it makes me feel like I'm walking on an air mattress.

8. These 2 blog women are as airhead as they come
I think that it was Jon Stewart once who commented that CNN needs TWO people to follow blogs. It is too embarrassing even watching them, but they come in the middle of Inside Politics that used to be interesting.

6. So what are we saying here?
Cause I think we need a recap!

Are you saying that the blog girls are giving us 1/2 truth again? Well, that's not news...that's just how they do it.

10. My Zyrtec-induced, incoherent post was meant to convey...
the fact that it's obvious that CNN chose the Iraq constitution topic (which is today's #9 blog search topic) instead of "Cindy Sheehan," which is the #1 search topic (as well as the #4 search topic).

This was deliberate and, imho, disgusting.

9. Right, because why should they cover what blogs care about when
the MSM can just entice blogs into covering their stories with the chance for notoriety and publicity?

11. The other day they were asked to explain how they
determined what was most talked about on the web and one of them pulled up some right wing front page--not Drudge's--but something similar and explained what a valuable tool it was for determining the frequency with which topics are addressed on the internet. I wish I had made a mental note of the site's name.
