(This Opinion piece was on
NPR's "All Things Considered" yesterday, They said it is the first of two "opposite opinions," The second, supposedly Pro-Cindy opinion piece is on today's show.
I don't yet know the exact time YET when the Rebuttal will be on. "All Things Considered" runs from 4:00pm to 6:00pm EDT in the East, that's 3:00pm Central Time, 2:00pm Mountain, and 1:00pm Pacific time.
When the approximate time is posted, I'll post it. I've posted a link to the Public Radio Stations that have "Live" audio streaming below, for all our Western DUers:

As you can read below, this is the author of "The Faith of the American Soldier" and he sounds like a Fundie and definitely a POD person and part of the group who "Shape the Issues" for *.
Listening to this RW BS, I was unable to control my urge to Yell "Screw You!" among other more colorful things, at the Radio. It's an absolute Outrage what this jackass said.
I don't know if it will do any good now, (both of these Commentaries are most likely on tape), but I would encourage everyone to listen to this audio, and then listen to the Pro-Cindy opinion today, compare and contrast the two, and then, if the Pro-Cindy Opinion is NOT at the same Level, write to them with you opinion.
In other words, if you don't think the Pro-Cindy opinion would make the RW just as angry as this one has made you (or any LW, anti-War person), let them hear about it. Click "contact us" at the top of the NPR Program page to send them an e-mail.
The audio link is below. If the haven't updated your "RealPlayer" lately, you should, it might hang if you don't, or try the "Windows Media Player."
Again, This IS RW BS Opinion at it's worst, so close the office door if you are at work!

Listen to this story... (3:50) by Stephen Mansfield
All Things Considered, August 18, 2005 · Stephen Mansfield, author of the book The Faith of the American Soldier, reads an open letter to Cindy Sheehan. He says that he does not want to detract from her grief, but he fears that she is detracting from the heroic death of her son by her demonstration in Crawford, Texas.
