|
Who else here would like to see New York State's only Green party Mayor run for Senator of New York? I think he would be an interesting counterpoint to Hillary and Pirro's similarities. Any one else like to see a progressive throw his / her hat into the NYS Senate race in 2006?
PS- Jason West is the Mayor of New Paltz, NY. Jason made national news by supporting gay marriages. Hillary and Pirro most likely both oppose gay marriage.

I want to see a Democrat win, not another Green Nader wannabe splitting the vote and giving it to a Republican.

2. Supporting Hillary for Senate is different than supporting her for pres. |
|
Two very different things indeed. Is she the best Senate Democrat that there could be? No she is not, but I can name about 20 Senate Democrats who are a far bigger problem.

3. I wish that someone who could be elected, not just split the vote, |

would present a progressive agenda that I could enjoy voting for! Hilary has me pissed off these days, but I don't want a repuke to win it either! Man, what we went thru to get rid of d'Amato! Almost killed me!
