3. Trent Lott's head was stolen

No really. His head has been stolen off a statue of him at the Trent Lott Middle School in Pascagoula, Mississippi twice now.

It was stolen a couple years ago, and stolen again this summer!

The good news for Lott is.. they found it this time

..."A 50-lb. bronze version of Trent Lott's head has been recovered by police after it was stolen from the lawn of the Trent Lott Middle School, Pascagoula, MS on May 31. An anonymous call the next evening led police to an alley where the slightly scuffed head was recovered."

"Another Trent head was stolen from the same school in 1997 and thrown into the Escatawpa River. Divers searched for it, but it was never found."
