...and why not. Many "sheepified" Americans eat this stuff up. In stumbling through our/their meaningless lives, trying to cope with barely keeping pace, we welcome these little motivational gems from the Furher. It gives us some identity, some purpose : "We're fighting evildoers!"
But it is getting old, isn't it? Even the MSNBC storyline now includes disclaimers of sort at the end.

We know the drill by now: Fear, Nationalism, monsters under the bed.
If the going gets really tough, there's always....more terrorists!!
