AP - LUBBOCK, Texas - As oil prices soar, cow manure is getting more attention as an alternative fuel source, particularly in Texas, the country's biggest producer of cow patties.

5. Ethanol plants
are nothing new, especially here in Wisconsin. As a nation, we have to limit out dependency on oil, and fast, and this is truly a viable way to accomplish this feat. Also Kwik Trip (gas stations) sell a 10% ethanol blend.
