Rumsfield re Hugo Chavez "We don't do that at the Pentagon" - so we need
to find out which agency has been assigned the task of killing Chavez so the media can ask the proper question?

"For the low price of one bullet this problem could be solved" or words to that effect.

5. John Perkins has chapter on VZ in Confessions of an Economic Hit Man
He says Otto Reich was the person tasked with being the jackal in Venezuela.

6. Oh, he's lying again
The DoD has far less Congressional oversight than the CIA nowdays. I'd bet all the real black bag, 'wet work' stuff is run out of the Pentagon now.

For example, those illegal kidnappings ('extraordinary renditions' in DoD Speak) they've been doing around the world are all run out of the Pentagon, not the CIA.

11. Of couse they wouldn't kill him at the Pentagon...
It would be out the country a bit. Or did Rummy just mean that the Pentagon doesn't do killing? Nah,they just call the CIA who calls a load of guys--kinda like the ones that were in Dallas on October 22,1963.
