but there are just as many polls that say Clark is still in the teens. Do you really see holy joe pulling anywhere near 10%? HAve you seen his (lack of) crowds?

Also, i put ZERO stock in NH polls.

15. The rest of the primaries do not lend themselves to the

intense up-close-and-personal type of campaigning that Iowa and New Hampshire do. This is good in a way; bad in a way. Good in that you can actually get some sleep; bad in that Clark really does best in situations where he can bring his personality to bear directly.

In the rest of the primaries we have to depend on organization and financing. Fortunately, this is this campaign's strong point. We have people on the ground everywhere, and we have money and more to come.

As long as the people support the campaign there is no need to start talking about packing up our bags and going home. There will be states where Clark will get his ass handed to him, and states where he will win. In each case there will be some delegates picked up and things will move along.

This whole provcess will likely be over in six to eight weeks and then its on to take on Bush.

The die is cast but it hasn't stopped tumbling just yet.

Clark still expects to go strong into Feb 3 even if he finishes 4th. He's the only candidate with money and organizations in just about everyone of these states. Even though I cannot see how he can do well on 2/3 without a 3rd place showing in NH, his campaign will go on with a 4th or even 5th place. I'm a Clark supporter, btw.

19. I just read an article about NH polls

and the NH voters get SO MANY polling calls that they "play" with the pollsters when they call....to skew the polls. :) Don't pay attention to the NH polls. Advice du jour.
