Fallen soldiers.

Men and women. Different religions, different ethnicities, all called to do their duty for their country, right or wrong.

Bush heard the call and called out to his Daddy. Daddy got him into the Texas Air National Guard, but when he was faced with taking a physical, he stopped showing up. Because of his Daddy, it all got swept under the rug.

Thirty two years after the Paris Peace Accords were signed and U.S. military involvement ended in Vietnam, we're in a new war. New soldiers. A new wall. New photos.

George W. Bush's motorcade can speed by this wall. He might never see the photos through his tinted windows. He can speed by Cindy Sheehan. He can turn off his TV. He can have his news spoon-fed to him like pablum by his insular staff. He can ride his bike and go fishing and be a boy forever in a man's job.

But he KNOWS.

And so do WE.
