8. Time to shift the responsibility to the whole Republican party.

Bush is a lame duck. He is a total failure. No change in SS, no reform of Medicare, the elderly drug card is a farce, Iraq is a disaster, NCLB is a loss, nobody believes the economy is recovering and nothing else is going to happen now that the Republican majority has deserted him.

2006 is coming up and we need to shift the focus from Bush to the other Republicans in politics.

It is the REPUBLICAN war/economy/social security plan/whatever.
