8. The text "that Bo Gritz" in my original post should be a link
As should the one reading "Jeb Bush donated $400 to Bo Gritz' presidential campaign." Sorry if that wasn't clear.

12. Went back and checked the link
Turns out I forgot to remove the "http" part from it. The editing period has expired, so I can't fix it, but it's the same link DrJackson supplied.

I didn't know who Bo Gritz was either -- then I found this link

http://www.adl.org/learn/ext_us/gritz.asp?xpicked=2&item=5

"Bo Gritz (rhymes with “rights”), a former Green Beret and highly decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, became a prominent figure on the right-wing fringe after leading unsuccessful commando-style missions to rescue alleged American POW’s in Vietnam in the 1980s. He ran briefly for Vice President in 1988 and for president in 1992, both times on the Populist Party ticket.

With close ties to both the anti-government movement and white supremacists, he enjoys an unusually ecumenical appeal; in recent years, he has become an adherent of Christian Identity, and his efforts have reflected a new religious ardor."

This is one scary individual...

Edit: damned typos...

7. It's been rumored that Stallone's "Rambo" character was actually based....
....on Bo Gritz. But after seeing Gritz involved with all sorts of militia nuts and nazis over the years I began to doubt that story. While Stallone's political affiliations seem to be somewhat ambiguous, I'm reasonably sure he's not a white supremacist.

6. What I find even more amazing about that listing is that Jeb......
....openly lists his employer as the CIA in 1992.

Now those of us who have done our homework on the Bush Criminal Empire are aware that Jeb was assigned to Florida in the first place to supervise the family "interests" in the state. I.e. drug smuggling and keeping the Cuban exiles stirred up. But I always thought he had a cover story, even before he was Governor.

13. OMG -- Jeb in the CIA? that IS amazing. I'm utterly stunned.
Was that ever part of his official bio?? I'd never heard that he was involved before...this is ALL jaw-dropping news to me.
