Just saw Biden's interview on ABC's This Week...1 problem that I see.

I agree that Biden seemed rather defensive of Hart's comments but Hart does have a point.

Biden and others like him do a decent job of explaining their stance in reports and in interviews but what they NEED to do (they being the Democratic Party leaders in Congress) is to DEMAND hearings or whatever it takes to get them in front of the Propagandist and demand some answers and even a change of that course.

Does anybody remember him EVER saying it before today. I don't. I think that Biden, Hillary, Kerry and most of the rest of the Dems that voted for the IWR have tried in vain to defend their reasoning for voting for the resolution.

I also maintain the Kerry's Grand Canyon remarks stating that he would still vote for the resolution if he knew then what he knows now was the beginning of the end for him/us. His numbers began to turn at that point which was before the SBLs started slamming him. There is no defending the indefensible. Why haven't they (Biden, Hillary etals) learned from Kerry's blunder?

That is the point that the press refuses to cover: by not securing the borders by allowing Sadaam's massive weapon build-up (although not WMD) to be taken--in broad daylight, he has created a central meeting place for terrorists. He has made the world less safe by supplying a home base and weapons in Iraq.

But, how does one do that? I HAVE heard him again and again say that the admin. is screwing up...and give them specifics, to no avail. No one listens. No one loudly stands beside him.

The press is not putting it out there--rather bent on reinforcing the neo-con agenda and minimizing dissent.

The dems for the most part(I agree with Hart) are silent (and those that speak are under reported). I remember when the vote passed to allow Bush to make the decision to send our troops to Iraq--and I was appalled at the dems for not standing up. They laid down. And they are still laying down.

And now, we have a mess. The neo-cons broke Iraq. Like all of Bush's endeavors, someone needs to come in and fix his mess.
