Katrina farted! Now catagory 4
But the pressure could build back up adn take her back to 5. This could be just a wee bit of the proverbial calm before the storm. Lets hope it continues to weaken.

2. Exactly, the destruction will be just as great
Cat 4/Cat 5...really no difference to NO or Biloxi residents. Their houses WILL be gone or damaged badly.
