I'd guess that the above wouldn't be beyond the dunces ability. He could even get the fristian fundies involved with robertson calling for counter prayer to stop storms.

1. Robertson would tell Bush that it's actually all the gays fault.

Bush would then have all the gays rounded up, placed in "happy camps" and subject them to fristians who want to "re-edukate" them.
