Why no "War" on high oil/gas prices?

They jumped on Iraq because they told us that it was an imminent threat to the US; aren't high gas prices? Shipping, including the delivery of goods are impeded, potentially raising food prices etc.

Of course, BushCo profit wildly from high oil prices, as do their Saudi friends, I know that I'm preaching to the choir here, but why not ask your friendly Freeper why? Why isn't Bush fuming (sorry) about this attack upon America?

Bush supporters voted for high gas prices. MM said in F 9/11 that Ken Lay/Enron were Bush's largest campaign contributors. The Bush family are in bed with the Saudis (in the Carlyle group at minimum); Why did people vote for a wartime economy and high prices? Google George's business history of OIL interests. Come on...
