Any mention of our glorious leader Bush on the hurricane coverage tonight

I just started watching the coverage on CNN. Has there been any mention of where the hell Bush is in the midst of this catastrophic disaster. I saw on another post that he is at a FUNDRAISER in San Diego. Surly he has advisors with brains that would have told him to cut his vacation short and get back to Washington ASAP and lead? Even if it is only symbolically. Or is he just so arrogant, out of touch, and lacking in any compassion that he doesn't give a shit. I am outraged - if he is at a f-ing fundraiser - this point should be hammered home again and again!

What a prick. I too read here that he was at a fundraiser, but all I've been able to pick up is that he's staying at a (I'm sure expensive) hotel and giving a talk at a military type thing tomorrow.

Today he was also telling older persons in Phoenix all about how his SS plan is just the dang best!

2. was at luke afb earlier today, and at the hotel del coronado outside san

diego tonight, with another stop at rancho cucamonga. video of him at luke shows him smiling and laughing, while the gulf states were getting hammered.

the man doesn't know the meaning of the words empathy or compassion (but then, there are so few he does)
