He does his political speeches before, during and after the hurricane. Once everyone knows how catastrophic the disaster is, he's leaving for Washington early. But he's spending ONE more night in Crawford after leaving San Diego instead of, I don't know, HAULING ASS FOR DC!

Then again, the more he's away from the problem instead of "supervising the recovery," the better for all of us.
