1. I hope she's not coarse but stays the course

And, of course, the Republican mediasphere will criticize her for everything it thinks it can get away with.

2. It will help....
....in a couple of weeks.
The coming days will be saturated with Katrina in msm. Cindy's tour will get only local coverage along the route initially.
But later her call can be enhanced by "George we need our boys here saving American lives, not over there wasting their lives for your lies".

There are millions of people who are just now realising for the first time that their homeland is niether as functional nor as safe as they previously thought it to be.
They are now starting to get angry.
They will soon be ready to join the call to bring their boys home.
Bring it on.

BTW Cindy will be criticised from some quarters no matter what. Not much point in worrying about that. The truth will out the critics in time.

3. Nailed it; I see it playing out just as you mention.
Combined with obscene gas prices, the fallout is going to hit every American very close to home. They can hide the flag-draped coffins, but crass as it sounds, they can't hide New Orleans or gas prices.

5. Cindy told Morning Sedition today (Air America radio)
Edited on Wed Aug-31-05 12:57 PM by rocknation
that she was only going Tom Delay's place on the "Central" leg of the bus tour, but then she'd have to take time off until the rally in DC.

But she also says they're planning a Camp Casey reunion party there, complete with a tent and "souvenirs" so everyone can feel like they've been there!

6. She is going
to protest in Maine against the Blue Angels Air Show soon I heard. I think her bus tour will be even better than Camp Casey.

I heard that the other day and thought it was Freeper nonsense. This can't be true, what would be the point?

We still have troops dying in Iraq.

10. Cindy Sheehan will be important to us in a few weeks.
The outrage over this disaster down south is the last straw for a lot of people. Cindy will then become an even more vital voice than before.

11. It is not changing bu$h's plans
The war continues and in fact they are now looking for sanctions against Iran, Guess you can't attack them without first imposing sanctions.

No I hope it does not change Cindy's plans, soldiers are still dieing.
