They attributed the fact that he has not to how lousy a communicator he is, and how he can't do off the cuff etc. They thought the only two times he ever sounded good when he talked was on 9/12 and at the 2004 convention. We have to keep the pressure on for three more long years. And there is no saying that they will not select a Republican candidate next time who is not necessarily seen as close to this administration. People will automatically have two choices that 'aren't Bush' next time. We have to make sure not just that Bush looks BAD (he does that one for himself), we have to make sure that some Dem looks GOOD. That's what happened this last time. It isn't so much that Bush looked good, we just didn't look better to many people.
