Al Gore
for years he spouted on and on about global warming, fuel conservation, new energy sources. The past 6 years he held fiery and informed speeches aimed at the seriousness of these problems again and again. If there is ONE leader in this country who people associate with forward thinking energy issues, it's Al Gore. He was almost poked fun at in the press. Limgaugh geeks used his energy speeches as fodder almost daily.

But it's not funny anymore, is it?

Strange, but I think it's his time again.

...he sighed!

And rolled his eyes!

Can't have a president acting like that!

And did I mention the earth tones?

Internet!

Buddhist Temple!

Don't you see!

7. That's what I was going to post.
The press reviled him at every opportunity. There is much more in the archives of

www.dailyhowler.com

10. Thanks for the link. There's far more there than I was aware of.

The "inventor of the Internet" is just the most common.

8. A shiny new shovel and a trip to NO for everyone who laughed at him.
If they don't want to bring Freedom(tm) to Iraq, or their kids don't want to, they can help fix the environmental errors they've allowed to occur.
