he doesn't even have to bother declaring victory and leaving. surely even his testosterone-overloaded little mind can comprehend that he can bring our military home from iraq and afghanistan (since half are national guard anyway) to deal with the crisis here.

but, that would mean that he actually had some sense of compassion and empathy for the horror that is now our gulf states.
