Attention Freepers: There are unborn babies in New Orleans!

I know you don't care about the people trapped there (that's why you still haven't put up any links to the Red Cross or any other relief agency on your site) but you do care about the unborn! There are pregnant women stranded in New Orleans. One woman at the Convention Center is nine months pregnant. Those babies deserve to be born! If those women die, so do those babies. You may as well support abortion. God is watching.

On the front page, the only reference to the Red Cross is that Boeing has made a $1 million donation and a story from ESPN that athletes are giving time and money to the effort. Not a big banner reading "AMERICAN RED CROSS" or anything. Not even a link. Not even to Pat's site. Amazing.

I suppose the way to get them to support the Red Cross is to remind them that Senator Elizabeth Dole used to run the organization. But I suppose even that wouldn't move them...

was using depleted uranium shells as ammunition. Wherever we have used them is now radioactive. Many babies born since the first Gulf War ended have birth defects and it is likely that the rate will only increase now.

If you haven't already, click the link and see if there is anything you can do to help. I would point out that we are about to enter a monumental health crisis (cholera, maleria, West Nile?) so giving blood would be a huge help as well.
