Peters are everywhere..they are peeps who gain position/promotion by non merit means ....eventually reaching a Level of INCOMPETENCE.
Even the Pubs are looking at their HERO and watching an inept "Leader"
Fall Apart in a pile of Dung....
The System allows Someone to promote/elevate/appoint peeps of HIS CHOICE.
That said, The wise Leader would inform his PICKS/nominees their Number 1 Job is to Look Good. In looking good, The Prseident Looks Good.
The Evidence clearly shows this is poor odds... Too Many "Peters" in a Cab leads to poor odds of Good News....

Then Evidence abounds this man don't read, he don listen, and he does not watch TV....not the NEWS CHANNELS anyway...mos likely some kindergarten cartoons.
Had he been watching the News He woulda coulda and shoulda but instead, went back to watching the equivilent of PET GOAT on his TV SET.
I am Stunned at his LEVEL....
He can't even pick the guys to the JOB...HIS JOB....
