Okay, so the terrorists did not cause this, but *'s arrogance in the face of the terrorists and his hijacking of the US into Iraq has contributed mightily to the horrid leadership failure plaguing those left in NO.

In that regard, the terrorists won. The ugliest side of *'s arrogance and contempt for us all is fully evident.
