It was well know that New Orleans was a disaster waiting to happen. there were books written on the subject and government studies and funds allocated to mitigate the concerns. Guess where that money ended up..............Halliburton

According to the Weather guys on Monday, New Orleans "dodged a bullet" - they didn't anticipate the surge, but the hurricane didn't directly hit with it's full force - it could have been MUCH, MUCH WORSE...
