sure they are fed, comforted, and given an ear (Laura's) before they send Waterloo into the center of it all. The center meaning New Orleans.

Amazingly, these poor people even cheered when they saw the trucks coming. Yeah they have bitched, yelled, cried, etc,; but they did not riot, destroy what little area they had, etc. We have seen people do that before in other places due to anger; however, after five days of suffering and living in the filth, these poor people are still thankful for anything that is brought to them . . . even Bush.

They may be poor and the majority may be on welfare, (Limpballs had to bring that up over and over yesterday. Listen to his podcast), but they deserve the best just like any other person in this Country. They need someone to let them know that they are going to be okay, that the rest of the country is here for them, and we will be here for them for a long time.
