New Legislation: Leave No Legislature Behind

Be it known that henceforth, no office holder may remain in office unless,

(1. They are able to read at or above a third grade level

(2. They must now demonstrate criteria to be a "highly qualified" representative of all the American people

(3. They are now required to make AYP, Average Yearly Procrastination as opposed to the daily standard of procrastination currently practiced

(4. All members of Congress and the Executive branch must now have monthly hearing checks

(5. If any of these criteria are not met, US citizens are entitled to remove these assholes from office immediately
