Grover Norquist on Katrina-The GOP agenda in action
From Dkos

~snip~

You can't make this shit up -- Norquist frets in this memo (PDF) that Katrina may derail permanent repeal of the estate tax, and that passage of the repeal is what "residents of the Gulf Region need at this time to start the rebuilding process for their neighborhoods and more importantly for their lives."

7. New Orelans is the bathtub, Grover . . .
And what I wouldn't give to duck you under the shit-filled gasoline-carpeted toxic water and squeeze so that you'd know what it's like to drown, you psychopathic bastard.

9. Grover Norquist is HUMAN SCUM!
There, I said it!

This is the same motherfucker who said:

“My goal is to cut government in half in twenty-five years, to get it down to the size where we can drown it in the bathtub.”

This disaster of biblical proportions is what you when when you allow psychopaths like Grover Norquist dismantle the government and build a society in which everyone is left to fend for himself. This is a shame, and a massive failure of the Republican policies adopted for the last three decades.

15. Black Bart said it best a long time ago....
"Upon these corns too long you've tread you fine-haired sons of bitches"

Louis Brandeis did well too, "You can have a democracy or great wealth, but you cannot have both"
