At about 12 minute in this guy in Biloxi says,

"When Bush came thissmornin', You could see care in his eyes. He's Compassionate, and now that everyone's seen the disaster and know the magnitude, I'll, I'll come, the help will come, It's comin'."

This guy has been waiting 5 days for help, and is still waiting, What's it going to take to convince these idiots that * is a total incompetent?
