A friend of mine in Mississippi has not seen one FEMA worker or the RED CROSS. I told her that I was seriously considering volunteering to go and help any way that I could. She cried. Then she told me NOT TO GO. She told me that people were looting and stealing gas out of cars (even the ones wedged in the mud)...little or no food...no gvt. help whatsoever. It's easy to see why the media is having a meltdown. OMG.
