Pass THIS along to any right wingers you know
Steve Gilliard has a great post this AM addressed to right wingers:

"Ever wonder why New Yorkers detest George Bush?
Because we experienced his incompetence up close and person. We knew this guy was full of shit, absolutely full of fucking shit, after they started to play games with the funding and gave Wyoming terrorism money. We knew he was an assclown then.
We thought DC 9/11 was a comedy, because the Bush we saw hid in AF One like the scared bitch that he is.
But did you listen?
Fuck no. Until last week, Ann Coulter was calling New Yorkers cowards for not endorsing Bush's folly in Iraq.
...You say this isn't about politics? Fuck you, this IS politics, real time, real life politics, where the insanity of all your ideas are exposed to the world for the fraud that they are. Tax cuts kill. Ask the relatives of the dead of the Gulf Coast.
Instead of hearing what we had to say about Bush, you called John Kerry a coward, mocked Max Cleland, blamed everything but herpes on Bill Clinton. You enabled Bush into this mess and now you're shocked?
...George Bush's ineptitude has killed far more Americans than Osama could have dreamed of."

1. Steve's great!
I check out his blog every day.
Believe it or not, I know people in New York who are Bushbots; who won't admit to or even see his mistakes.

2. Steve rules...
and that WAS a great post...

Going by dittohead posts on delphi this AM, it seems like the "it's the governor and mayor's fault" talking point has collapsed, and the wingnuts' next line of defense is that it's "whiny and petulant" to point out criminally negligent homicide by the fuehrer....

3. Excellent point about 9/11..................
yes, it's a national tragedy that no one will ever forget, but the NOLA tragedy will trump it.....and, I pray, always remind people of the criminal nature of this administration.

Can't use that 9/11 fear tactic any more.

Anyone heard if the 9/11 "parade" was cancelled?

8. Not cancelled...
but it's noticeable that as much as the right wing likes to beat its meat and fantasize about the "leadership" pResident Weakenstupid "showed" after 9/11, the corrupt drunk can't go near Ground Zero to commemorate it...

9. This is the real result of the Southern Strategy
The GOP spent years collecting the sort of bigoted dimwit who hates blacks and wants to see them die....and now they're surprised that it's noticeable by decent people.

7. I am having deja vu with 911 - the mishandling, the posturing by Friday
the eagerness by the media to swallow the public blunders from the first week. They succeeded then, they will now. Some of you will end uo praying to St Hurricane Bush.
But no people from NYC or NO.

11. Four years after 9/11, Osama and the anthrax killer are free as the breeze
due to GOP apathy, bungling and corruption....

What will the flooded states be like four years from now?
