Chertoff to replace Brown as dog and pony show front man?

It seems ol' Mikey Brown, the monumentally unqualified head of FEMA, is being edged off the teevees in favor of the smoother talking Chertoff. No change in policy ... just a change in media and message management.

I predict Brown will be abandoned by idiot son and become the fall guy. They'll set his ass on top of a levee and leave him to wash out into the Gulf along with the sewage that now floods New Orleans.

Maybe he can hook up with Cruella Harris ... and piece of Bush flotsam. With his empty head and her recently siliconed boobs, they'd make the perfect right wing Ken and Barbie.

He seemed to know a bit more than that Empty Golf Shirt, Brown.

Deathhead Chertoff no doubt wants to slough this Public Relations aspect off on someone, and the #2 (cannot recall his name) will probably get the job if he does not screw up too much.

I don't think Chimp will FIRE Brown, he raised way too much money. The guy may leave under his own steam "to spend more time with family" or to "pursue business opportunities" but I would not wait for a firing.

The buck stops with the Chimp--flailing and blaming will only make him look even more like a wussie asshole who FAILS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and REFUSES TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS SUBORDINATES' ACTIONS...two marks of an "unacceptable" leader.
