But now that I have, I notice two things.

1. Are those leg warmers or pants around her ankles?

2. If she had been untouched for five days, why does she not appear bloated? I thought that bodies in water distort in the heat over just a couple of days. I'm no expert, though. If that is the case, this person is one that died in the resulting chaos after the storm, and can be handed directly on Bush's front steps.

6. Floaters

first you sink then 3-5 days later depending on temps you float to the top. My husband was a pathologist and had to be a coroner for a while, he just told me that for what it is worth.
