Rehnquist died last night, so I think SCOTUS coverage is kinda valid. I don't think it's anything as insidious as a blatant attempt to protect Bush.

Because with Junior getting two appointments now, including CJ, this mess will probably take even longer to clean up than New Orleans and unfortunately, far more people will eventually die as a result from a fascist court.
