How would Bush have responded if terrorists blew up the levee?

Summary: Whether it be terrorist's or hurricane the results remain the same. No?

1. What if he had known two days in advance that the terrorists were going

to blow up the levee?

2. He would have viewed it as something to exploit.

He would have rushed there to drum up support for his war effort (ala - see - what we are doing is right!)

He would have handled it differently because KKKarl would have framed it as the ultimate fear to exploit politically.

Plus - such an event would not have allowed all of those who could leave (eg wealthier and moble) to leave - so the face of the disaster would have been different.

I think this is the key to understanding the overall level of failure and lack of actual security NATIONWIDE!
