The Spoils System, Cronyism, Peterism, all running AMOK
By appointing cronys...the President is thinking selfinterest/rewards...and not thinking acting for the COMMON GOOD

He brought in ROOKIES who don't have a clue as what the hell to do...

Worse, he cannot tell them because HE DON" HAVE A CLUE HIMSELF

Far worse. ROVE CANNOT TELL HIM as HE DON"T EVEN LISTEN to good advice...much less fucked up advice...

Who the Fuck is his daddy? Mongo?
