1. I'd like to know that myself
It's very strange. Not impossible, just exceedingly strange.

3. This is like a tatitic you use against an enemy, but I don't see how it
help you in a disaster situation. Maybe I'm just fucking stupid, but for the life of me I cannot figure this shit out.

2. Well, some radio frequencies had been overloaded
And FEMA probably wants to centralize command and control under their communications. It's a fucking horrible decision to cut off local officials' communications, but those are some possible reasons.

5. The only reason I can think of...
... and it's a piss-poor one, is that FEMA wanted command and control of all local and state agencies for the purposes of coordinating the effort. But, since FEMA was doing a lot of sitting on its thumbs in critical areas for quite a while, I can see how local authorities wouldn't cotton to the idea of paying attention to them.

Watching the world go by waiting for FEMA to issue orders to them wouldn't sit too well with most people used to responding immediately.

7. So you cut the only lines that local and state authorities used to contact
you? That's fucking brillant. What's next shooting the victims so you can control them better?

19. Close, but I think this is their actual plan:
Starve them to death so there's no chance of them fighting over food.

8. There is no humane reason why this was done .
If they did not cut the communications , then maybe we would not have a problem with the logistics - and maybe relief could have gotten there quicker . This makes no sense to me what so ever .

12. cut!
cut off for a reason ...

they don't want to throw the whole nation into a state of panic.

Diseases are now emerging from those that are still alive that were in that contaminated water filled with all sorts of diseases and toxins, many known, many unknown.

If word leaks out on this ... the whole USA will become the reality of the book "The Quest" by Tom Brown ... see my post under the Native American topic re: this book! This may well be *the end* I am beginning to think.

I hope I am wrong but I fear I am not.

Oil - that will become something that will become totally irrelevant sooner than anyone might think.

14. Do you mean disease transmitted similarly to the way smallpox moved to
Native Americans? Is that what the big-boys call a vector? I don't know, but such a scheme seems too farfetched for the * criminals, too devoid of sensational suffering for the misanthropes.

13. I can only think of 1 reason
to keep the word about the body count from getting out, it is probably the reason that Bush wanted total control, they bury them in mass graves
and do creative accounting, kind of like the 04 election results but in
reverse, 20 bodies, hmm what is the total how, almost 9,000, make that -60, where's that GOP calculator.

20. They 'don't do body counts'
So, the American people will have to do it. People will know who is missing from among their families and friends. There should be a major website that allows people to put the names of those who are missing over the next year. I'm sure, eg, that the doctors and nurses at the hospitals kept record of how many people they were unable to keep alive.

Local officials should have records, drivers' licenses, SS numbers etc. But they should not be allowed to hide the dead. They have a habit of hiding the bodies of their victims.

21. When the World Trade Center fell... they were very quick to say
maybe 20,000 thousand people were killed. Now that the number will hurt bush*...they say there are 150 confirmed dead and they don't want the word to get out to the world.

I just heard on MSNBC that a computer model just estimated that 10,000 people were likely killed. Word is getting out!
