Said cartoon was in support of what many people, including local officials were calling for, a shoot on sight order of looters who are stealing guns, medical supplies, drugs, and preying upon the hurricane victims as well as delaying or halting rescue efforts.

Evil does flourish when left unchecked.

Thank goodness for the common sense of the New Orleans Police Dept.
who allowed people to take food, water and baby needs from the stores
while awaiting rescue. This probably saved many the victims in the long run,.
