I'd say losing our country to fascism (corporatism) is and "extraordinary circumstance".

3. I have little faith in our leaders who take money from right wing

corporations and who repeatedly vote in favor of the corporate agenda over the will and needs of the people. Yes, that is fascism. U.S. style. With all attempts at a pretty and handsome facade of words that are as much a sham as the rhetoric of Republicans.
